Asset Play
Definition 1.
An incorrectly valued stock that is attractive because its combined asset value is greater than its market capitalization.

A company with assets that are not believed to be accurately reflected in its stock price, making it an attractive buy or play.

Definition 3.
A stock which is believed to be undervalued based on the value of assets the company holds. Specifically, the net value of the company's assets are higher than the company's market capitalization.
