Certificated Stock  

Definition 1.

A stock of commodity that has been inspected by qualified representatives and determined to be of basis grade.
 

Definition 2.

A quantity of a physical commodity which has been inspected by the appropriate exchange and found to be acceptable for delivery on a futures contract.
