MOB Spread
Definition 1.
The difference in yields between a municipal bond and a treasury bond with the same time to maturity. The MOB is sometimes used for determining good tax strategies. MOB is short for 'Municipals-over-Bonds.'

The yield spread between a tax-free municipal bond and a Treasury bond with the same maturity.
