Management Fee
Definition 1.
A fixed fee that a mutual fund manager charges investors for his services and work with the fund.

Definition 2.
An investment advisory fee charged by the financial adviser to a fund typically on the basis of the fund's average assets, but sometimes determined on a sliding scale that declines as the dollar amount of the fund increases.

Definition 3.
A charge paid to a mutual fund's managers for their services; usually also includes fund administration costs and investor relations. Typically a certain percentage of assets under management.
