Small Value
Definition 1.
A Morningstar category for domestic equity funds that invest in small companies whose share are priced below the market compared to their peers. Stocks held in these funds typically have a market cap of less than $1 billion and a combined Price/Earnings ratio + Price/Book value of less than 1.75.
