Listing requirements
Definition 1.
Requirements, including minimum shares outstanding, market value, and income, that are laid down by an exchange for any stock to be listed for trading.

Definition 2.
The set of conditions imposed by a given stock exchange upon companies that want to be listed on that exchange. Such conditions sometimes include minimum number of shares outstanding, minimum market capitalization, and minimum annual income.
