Proportional representation
Definition 1.
A method of stockholder voting that allows minority shareholders and groups of small shareholders to have a better chance of getting representation on a board of directors than under statutory voting.

Definition 2.
Method of shareholder voting in which one is not required to vote for a different candidate for each available seat on a board of directors, but can give multiple seat votes to the same candidate.
